Use of, or access to, https://www.thesteelmccoy.com/ constitutes your acceptance and agreement to all policies and notices provided below. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://www.thesteelmccoy.com website (the “Website” or “Service”), to include the desktop and mobile iterations, operated by No Talent Left, LLC – dba “The Steel McCoy”, a trade name ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. These Terms are applicable regardless of the extent of use, including but not limited to purchasing items (“Products”).

By accessing the Website, placing an order (a “Purchase”), or using the Service you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. 

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your full name, mailing address, billing address, age, telephone number, email address, payment information and any other personally identifiable information that is deemed necessary to complete your purchase, shipment of said purchase or in necessary correspondence regarding your purchase, including but not limited to a confirmation, invoice, shipment information, or bill of sale.

You must be over the age of 18 (eighteen) to purchase products from our Website. By completing an order, you verify that you are over 18 years of age, and you are aware of all local, municipal, state and federal laws regarding the possession, carry, ownership or receipt of all items you are ordering. The Steel McCoy is not responsible, and shall be held blameless for any and all citations, infractions, crimes, or violations of laws made by the purchaser.

While we do not accept responsibility for the purchaser’s awareness of the legal requirements for each item we sell, we do provide limited information, including a reference to KnifeRights.org which is, as of the date of these Terms, updated to the best of our knowledge with current laws for all 50 states. Additionally, we will NOT ship locking folding knives to any address in New York City. We will NOT ship knives over 1.99” (5.05 cm) to any address in the city of Chicago. These are two examples and not intended to be a full list of our shipping policies. If you have questions, you may email ask.me@thesteelmccoy.com for information about shipping a product you are considering purchasing.

The Steel McCoy reserves the right to refuse shipment of any part of an order, or any entire order as we see fit. Reasons could include legalities or information received that the purchaser is underage. In the event age verification is required, The Steel McCoy will request appropriate proof of age prior to shipping. Subscriptions

Some offers on the Website may be billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis which is outlined in your purchase terms. Subscription services are required to follow SaaS, so please visit the separate detailed Terms of Purchase found in the link on the item detail page on the Website, where applicable. Please note, as of the date of these Terms, The Steel McCoy does not currently have any subscription model offers for purchase, however this is included in the event one is added prior to updated Terms being published. Any subscription available for purchase will include clear directions on charges, recurrence and steps to cancel. 

Pricing, Typographical, and Content Errors

The Steel McCoy reserves the right to change, update, add or revise product listings, including descriptions, images and pricing at any time and at the sole discretion of The Steel McCoy/No Talent Left, the parent company. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any orders which may have been placed at prices that were typographical errors. While we make every effort to avoid such errors, we are human and it’s possible. By using the Website and/or placing an order, you agree to hold The Steel McCoy harmless in the event of a typographical mistake, including but not limited to published prices, product details and descriptions, names, Website content, newsletter content or any content relayed to you from a brand, manufacturer or other third party. 

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the content you post, share or otherwise relay from our Website. Please visit the Privacy Policy page for more information relating to content features and/or sharing.

Returns and Warranty

The Steel McCoy is not a center for repair, warranty replacements or intake for defective items. As such, you agree by placing an order to the terms of our return policy stated elsewhere as well as here:

Returns are limited to brand new, unopened items, including all paperwork, adhesives, wraps, boxes, containers or other materials the item shipped with, excluding the box, mailer or envelope to which your shipping label was affixed to. Everything else inside of the package constitutes a part of the return when requested with the only exception being the packing slip sent with the order. All requests for returns must be submitted via email to billing@thesteelmccoy.com within 21 days of placing your order. No returns will be accepted beyond this date.

When a return request is received, The Steel McCoy will provide a prepaid, tracked and insured, shipping label to you. Only after the item(s) is/are received, inspected and confirmed to be free of damage, to be unopened and in new condition will a refund be processed, less the cost of the original shipping charge plus a 10-50% restocking fee, where deemed appropriate at the discretion of The Steel McCoy and depending on the item. You will be informed prior to shipping the item back what the approximate refund will be for an item returned in new condition. If an item is returned in damaged condition, is opened or missing any materials or parts, you will be subject to additional restocking fees being deducted from your refund. All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment ONLY. No exceptions as this aims to help prevent fraudulent payment activity.

Items that are deemed defective and covered by a manufacturers warranty can be returned to us for replacement if within 30 days of placing the order. Otherwise, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to coordinate warranty repair, replacement or terms directly with the manufacturer.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by The Steel McCoy.

The Steel McCoy has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that The Steel McCoy shall not be in any way responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material or substantive, we will try to provide at least 10 (ten) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Notice given will be in the form of email and/or a dated posting on the Terms, Privacy Policy or other Agreement page of the Website as seen fit by The Steel McCoy.
