Your use of www.thesteelmccoy.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) to access the Website content and purchase products (the “Products”) offered by No Talent Left, LLC. – doing business as “The Steel McCoy” (“No Talent Left” or “NTL” or “The Steel McCoy” or “TSM” or “we” or “our” or “us”) on the Website, and your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (the “Terms of Use” or “Agreement”) by way of using the Website creates a binding, legal agreement between No Talent Left/The Steel McCoy and you (“you” or “your”). Your access to any content or pages on the Website and/or purchase of any Products is governed by the Terms of Use and by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy also describes how No Talent Left collects and uses information you post to the Website and provide to The Steel McCoy.

The Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy may be collectively referred to as the Agreement, are intended to be read together, and in the event of conflict between the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, the content and terms within the Terms of Use shall prevail. As part of the purchase process, The Steel McCoy asks you to provide your name, a method by which to contact you (such as a telephone number or email address), your location, your age, the Products you wish to purchase, your credit card or debit card information, and other information deemed necessary to fulfill your order. We affirm that every reasonable effort shall be made to ensure all required information has a legitimate business need for order processing. No Talent Left, LLC. dba “The Steel McCoy” RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND, CHANGE, IMPROVE, UPDATE OR REVOKE ANY PORTION OF THE WEBSITE AND THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY AT ITS DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THE WEBSITE FOR CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. When a change does occur, a date of record will be added to the Privacy Policy page.

3. Children’s Privacy. The Website and the Products are intended for, and directed to people who are at least 18 years old. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your Personal Information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and the reason(s) why.

9. Term and Termination. The term of this Privacy Policy shall begin on the Effective Date and continue until terminated as expressly provided in this Privacy Policy (the “Term”). The Agreement and this Privacy Policy shall run concurrently and if either terminates, then the other shall automatically terminate. You may terminate your acceptance of this Privacy Policy at any time by delivering an email to The Steel McCoy at ask.me@thesteelmccoy.com. NTL/TSM may immediately terminate this Privacy Policy as required by law or due to your breach of any provision of this Privacy Policy in our determination. Termination will become effective immediately. Upon termination, all license rights granted herein shall immediately terminate, and you will not be allowed to use the Website or to Purchase Products. The following Sections of this Privacy Policy shall survive termination or expiration of this Privacy Policy for any reason: 8 (eight), 9 (nine), and 10 (ten).

10. Notice. Except as expressly permitted herein, all other notices provided for herein shall be effected either by recognized international express courier, postage pre-paid, or by First Class United States Mail (USPS), postage pre-paid, to the address listed on the Website in our case, and to the address you list on your account or most recent order history in your case. Notice shall be deemed received two days following tender to such courier and three days following posting by Mail.
